Arrange a safe haven, when you need to leave in an emergency if it is not safe for you it is not safe for your pet, take them with you. 3. Make an emergincy kit, a separarate 72 hour kit for your pet with food and water and poop bags 4. Keep identification on your pet. And as always have an evacuation plan.
